‘Vechtoever’ is a rare national monument, listed under NSW status (1928 law).

The main house is completely renovated in 1986 and is in good condition.

The house contains 4000m3 and has a total living area of 1000m2. The house is very suitable for private occupation and/or special events.

On the ground floor there is a variety of lounges, dining room, study, library, kitchen and cosy kitchen area (also suitable for having meals etc.). Various other amenities, such as a pantry and wine cellar, can be found in the basement.  On the 1st floor is the master bedroom, dressing-room, bathroom, 2 guestrooms, ironing and hobby area and further 2 very spacious balconies overlooking ‘the Vecht’. On the 2nd floor there are 3 more bedrooms, a billiards room and servants quarters.
